Homeowners Association

The Cedar Lakes Homeowners Association is a non-profit company (NPC) established in 2000 to manage and oversee the Cedar Lakes Lifestyle Estate. The Association is responsible for maintaining the estate’s infrastructure and facilities, and financial management, while ensuring the community continues to thrive.

The HOA is guided by an elected Board of Directors, composed of homeowners who volunteer their time to represent the community’s interests. They are supported by a dedicated management team that oversees the estate’s day-to-day operations.
